Juvéderm Volux ™ in Malaga

Juvéderm® VOLUX ™ contains hyaluronic acid (AH) and uses the patented VYCROSS® technology. The product has been specially formulated to restore and create volume in the chin and jaw area for a period of up to 18 months. Like many other facial filler products in the Juvéderm® line, Juvéderm® VOLUX ™ contains lidocaine to make the experience with the treatment more comfortable.

What is Volux?

It is a high density fill (Supera al Voluma, which is currently the densest of the Vycros range) and lasts approximately 12 to 18 months. Non-permanent absorbable – Our Doctors have been applying this product for more than 20 years, and especially Voluma during the last years.

How is Volux applied?

Volux, from Juvéderm, is applied by injecting the crosslinked hyaluronic acid in a deep plane, above the bone, to give volume to this area and recover or reshape the bone structure.

The VYCROSS® Collection JUVÉDERM® crosslinking system offers a softer consistency gel. It is characterized by increasing the crosslinking efficiency of hyaluronic acid molecules, which in turn increases the cohesiveness of the filler and hence its duration. This system offers greater comfort during and after the application, since its structure allows its application with fine cannulas and also contains lidocaine in its formulation.

How long does it last?

Allergan laboratories ensure that this new product has a duration of 24 months, increasing its durability by almost double compared to other products such as Voluma or Volift.
